Jade Scorchstone/Leaded Elemental VIal or another attack weapon? Ive been AFK from neopets for months, only buying stocks and doing dailies. I apologise for my lack of activity

I choose what i want to equip, but thats just a list. Right now, i have money to spend but i dont know what to buy cos ive been inactive for so long. Suggestions anyone?

How much do you have? I know you said you choose what to equip, but just some opinions...
First of all, two freezers is 100% unnecessary. Sell the
Slumberberry Potion since it's worth more than
H4000 Helmet. And the
Ice Scorchstone is not that useful. I would therefore suggest
Leaded Elemental Vial as an alternative since it's cheaper than
Jade Scorchstone. I personally do not like
Winged Scarab, but when you come to opponents that use a lot of physical, use it. You would then have 8 weapons in your list, but excluding
Winged Scarab would be 7. The 7 would probably be your set and you'll be left with another weapon to choose. I would probably go for a
Pirate Captains Hat if I were you. But then again, it's just a suggestion although you didn't ask for it.
From your set can tell you are an advanced battler . And a full healer is a must for advanced battler . In addtion , your set is strong enough so there is no urgent need to upgrade your attacker now . i would say go healer first .
Jade aand leaded have the same effect . Jade has a more symbolic meaning because its considered the best since the veginging , but lead is cheaper than jade . so the choice of the 2 is up to you .
Your hp also plays a deciding factor here . if your hp is still low , which is unlikely , then spend your np in training . anything above 300 hp , i strongly advise for a full healer .
If you have decided buying , here is the steps you must undergo .first go trading post , then browse the lots and type in the name of item you want to buy . then offer acording to the wishlist below the item . you can also haggle through neomail if you are not satisfied with the price . once the price is agreed , the seller will put up an auction where the starting price is what you ask for , then you go for auction house and bid for the item . Once you bid on the item , you must wait 1h for the item to be "deliver " to your door , and then , the trade finish .
I would suggest a full blocker to replace the downsize , if you have got enough np , ie.T-tear . i personally think T-tear is very useful because you can beserk single-handed without recieving any damage .For the last slot , you can either buy a block like Pirate Captains Hat as WiltChamberlain13 has suggested , or something special like peas or something that you can surprise your oppo since dark and air are most-expected in high-level battling .

I don't think you should auction it. Just wait for another 15 minutes for the person to cancel the trade.

now, I dont make alot of posts...so my opinion means nill, but i'll make it heard anyways:
Buy the jade over the LEV. Jade will continue to rise in price and its a wonderfull investment, as you know the LEV has been downgraded once, while the likleyhood of that happening again is low, I believe the jade to always be the better of the two in term of investment value and stability.
THe choice between the two is largely based on the possibility of a downgrade. Jade, whilst retired, is safe from any downgrades, whilst the leaded elemental vial still stocks as it is a r99 and still ahs a tiny chance of being downgraded. Since they have been out for a very long time now, i don't think it's going to be downgraded. True, the Jade will rise in value, but is all that extra neopoints worth the classic charm value? That's a question only you can answer

Yooyuball Keepers Chest Guard and
Yooyuball Player Sling. Both of these block *full* physical, have other great stats (well not great, but better than scarab), will continue to rise in prize (are retired plot prizes) so are good alternatives to your scarab. How useful is the 2 water from slumberberry potion to you? Its your choce whether to trade and use the extra nps to aim for one of the yooyuball weapons.
How are your pet's stats?

Well thanks for all of your opinions. I guess ill go with the jade but not really sure yet. Dont worry bout my budget cos its not a problem. And by the way, slumberberry potion hits for 10 water icons not 2. Im not equpping both the helmet and the s pot, just keeping them and picking one to use depending on who im fighting. My pet stats prolly beats everyone in this thread (lol i might be wrong but.. lol
) so the slumberberry potion is for long battles.
Im not using the winged scarab too. I bought it cos i thought it looked cool and i was bored. Investment i guess. So i guess there arent any uber weapons that were released the last few months huh? Uber meaning better than gsword but less than WODF and such.

LEV isn't going to retire. It's been out
way too long, and it's the only non-retired full healer, so TNT wouldn't retire it without releasing an alternative. I actually like it better than jade based on looks alone, but they do the exact same thing and you can afford either, so it's really up to you. You have a nice set; one thing you could think about adding/subbing in when you need it is the
clawed shield (if you're finding a lot of people like to attack with fire, that is). But right now, yeah, a reliable full healer is the best thing you could add. Get rid of that horrid ice scorchstone! Ick.
And nope, nothing new in the upper weapon ranges -- TNT seems to be very into releasing 7-9-iconers and newbie/intermediate-level dual duties at the moment.
Yeah i will get the Jade Scorchstone. I like HT items. =D So it seems TNT is catering to noobs now? Just kidding

I agree with you. I think it's kind of cool that TNT is coming out with such a nice variety of buyable/low-rarity pure attackers and dual-duties for the little guys (I'm hoping this is their new strategy for making it easier for newbies to get into wars, rather than using a stupid rank system), but they're definitely neglecting everyone who's in the HT-weapon range. I'm hoping they'll get to us eventually...
