The repeat of powers makes more sense than all of them being unique.

Also, there's Micah's cousin, who seems to be able to instantly learn and imititate precisely what she sees.
If the repeat of powers was somewhat connected to each other, then yeah, I'd agree. But these are people that have absolutely nothing to do with another (and as for possible theories that the characters might be related to each other, currently it doesn't seem to matter). And it does make more sense that evolution would probably give people the same kind of ability, but that doesn't make the show more interesting Toungue

Micah's cousin is pretty cool though, I'd always thought it'd be the next best thing to have if real superpowers are impossible..
Worst episode so far

Another American show ruined by the never-ending quest for ratings Toungue

And the references to Katrina were so contrived, jesus...
After this episode...sorry guys but I'm decidedly hooked on it as I was first season Sad I disagree with everyone here about the quality of the episode.

Sure the Katrina reference was...obvious, but doesn't TV always work in current events? I don't know it didn't bother me too much.

Overall I'm very happy with how it's developing and as far as character development I'm thinking it's moving just as fast as the first season...maybe a tad slower. IDK. I'm going to be PO'ed if we have a 6 week break again at episode 10. x.x.

The only thing that irks me slightly is the Spanish stuff....it reminds me of Lost and how it went down the drain. Other than that...I have no complaints. But maybe I'm easy! (*asks husband*)

Geez...It's only the what, fifth episode of the season? Of course they aren't going to come right out and show every single new Hero in the Season Premire! I think its good so far! If anything, I think I like the start of the season a lot more than the first!
At the time of writing that, it was after the 3rd episode. And I wasn't saying I was disappointed with the show, just that it didn't held my interest as much as the start of the first season (te premise of a nuclear disaster in New York is somewhat more intense than two hispanic people running towards the US..).

And they practically do introduce new 'heroes' each episode, they just recycle some of the powers, which feels redundant.

I also happened to like the 4th episode a lot. I never said I didn't. It thickens the plot, so to speak.
