I'm kinda "old school" on neopets so I was wondering if any of the contemporary advisors could help me out.

I battle 1p and 2p but probably worrying about 1p in the near future.

As you can see, I don't intend to touch the first 5 weapons too much but I am considering upgrading RoTL to G-shield or something like that

Budget: 1mil+1.5 from items above. so about 2.5 mil, I don't make much np anymore, but I can be flexible..so if your suggestion requires an extra 4 mil instead of 2.5, I can handle^_^

I don't think Gshield will help you much, Rotl is great against dark and you'll deliver some icons too.
Als, you might wanna use a velms healing remedy(or whatever is called), it will heal you an extra 5 hit points, not much, but maybe it will make the diference.
I might not be right, but i would chose a full blocker like a PCh for 1 player, also good for 2 player.

Rabban's right. G-Shield won't do you much good with your defence. Might as well keep the Ring.

And the two last acronyms is uncommon. I understood SSYT to be Short Sleeved Yellow Tunic but what's GoC?

I think it's Golden compas?Or Glowing cauldron?but i think that one it's GC

I personally question the viability of a 50hp heal at 550hp. How much damage would you take on average? Would you gain more benefit from replacing GHS with a good defender instead? (Faerie Tabard due to your RotL?)

I'm not sure about Ghostkerbomb and Honey Potion in the same set. Might go for a 13-iconer instead?

Faerie Tabard would not be at all useful with that kind of stats. And it's way above budget. And if the GoC is a Golden Compass then you would have better luck and more bucks by using another 9  iconer that purely attacks instead of a dual duty. The defence that is less than 3 icons with your defence stats is just sad.

Honestly your current set is not something that you should worry too much about. BUT I truly believe that beyond anything else, you need to get your healer right. Greater Healing Scroll for 550 health just won't cut it. You'll feel the bite in 1-player war. If you are not keen on a permanent species, I strongly recommend that you get a Bag of Healing Dust. It's gonna take a LONG while to get there though so perhaps you rather stock up on one Jade Elixir every 10k you make.

EDIT: I almost forgot. Since you have a 100% freezer, one of the underrated battledome weapons that people over look is the Ice Scorchstone. It blows in 2-player, but with the chance of being able to withdraw in 1-player means that it might not be such a bad investment.

GoC=golden compass, and it is not part of my set...the BoHD is only 7.5-8 mil and shouldn't be too far out of my budget. Jade elixir's are only 7.5k in the secret ninja shop and I use those when necessary. i like the HP's earth, now a rare icon...but I will consider getting a faerie tabard...it's around 7 mil max, and I have about 2 mil to spend+2 mil if I sell everything, and another 3 mil can come from stocks if necessary. Thanks for the help guys, but I guess my set is pretty much maxed out...won't be able to upgrade except with tabard and healer
