Reason why I'm more or less starting from scratch is because my account was frozen and in the process of being uniced had my weapons, shop size and even my Gelert's colour taken away. Came here for weapon help at that point in time, was advised to buy Essence of Esophagor and Cobrall in a Can, only to watch both get downgraded within 48 hours of purchase. :\'( So I resolved to save up madly for the Adam avatar before doing anything with regard to weapon purchase. Cyodrake's Gaze gave me a bit of a scare since I was afraid of it becoming a war, me being essentially weaponless and the market vastly inflated. With that finally achieved, now I need advice as to what weapons to get with the amount saved.

Budget: 11 million

Daily Income: Roughly 20-25k from games, more if I get lucky with World Challenges.

I play strictly 1P, probably because others at my boost would massacre me.:-\'\'

I have never used the lab ray and have no intention of starting. Pet was a Fire Kyrii before I got tired of the pathetic Species ability and lack of a Species Healer and used an Island Gelert MP on it.

As to the weapons, I believe H400 Helmet and Honey Potion are givens, but I'm unsure what others to buy. Mask of Coltzan has always been my favourite weapon, but since I battle defensively, I realize that Ghostkershield should be one of the goals I should aim towards, rendering MoC's defence somewhat less useful. I thought about aiming instead for a Faerie Tabard, together with MoC and AFC plugging the holes in its defence, but it's less useful in most cases. So should I buy a Hobans Hat instead for Water Defence the G-Shield doesn't have while saving up for the Shield itself?

As to a pure-offence weapon, I am on the last Act (Faerieland) of NQ II Insane, so I remain hopeful of getting a 13-iconer. So since I like to carry only one pure-offence weapon, I'll wait and see for now. So what should I buy with the np that remains after purchasing a H4k and HP? Can a MoC work together with a G-Shield? I'm really confused as to what to get and any and all advice would be exceedingly helpful.
Well, I'm sure alot of people would say Gshield over MoC.

I don't, but thats because I plan to build a great set incorporating alot of less common weapons to take opponents by suprise. It's not just uncommon, it's effective too, at least in theory. But this is irrelivant ^^;

With 11mil, H4K and HP are good choices, but thats about 7.5-7.7 mil gone, depending on what you pay. That gives you sorta just enough for MoC, give or take, depending on prices :/

I don't really have much advise to offer, it's not a price range I'm familiar with, but I can say it's important to build a balanced set, rather than putting all your money into just a few weapons. I'd wait to see what weapon you get from NQII before buying anything, but on the other hand, there have been a few hints for a major plot soon.
If you did decide to get a Faerie Tabard then a ROTL would be an excellent weapon to pair it with, instead of the MOC. To cover the gap in your defence a DMB or AFC would also be good. (I know this is all out of budget but it is a set to aim for).
Being a 1p only battler, I woudl suggest against such dual duties as DMB and MoC, AFC etc. Instead with 11 mil, you can do a lot...get a winged scarab, H4k, Honey potion for starters. Then if you have the cash, pick up a RoTL too. That way you can take on bigger 1p oppoennts with the all block. If you need some good attack, get a RSB and a SoRF for secondary...or if budget allows, a 11+ iconer would work well too. As a backup, you can keep a cheap 8+iconer and witha downsize! greater healing scroll and purple sticky hand, your set is complete!
I'm not used to making sets with such a big budget, but here's a suggestion:
Purple Sticky Hand
Downsize!
H4000 Helmet
Honey Potion
Gelert Healing Remedy
Yooyuball Keepers Chest Guard
Wand of Reality
Fungus Ray

Just a suggestion, might be a bit over budget
My preference for dual-duty weapons stems from the fact that I like to keep my strength and defence equal. Winged Scarab wouldn't do me much good because of that fact and also because I already carry a full physical blocker. *pokes Yooyuball Keepers Chest Guard*

Still haven't had my question answered quite yet. G-Shield as a long-term goal while skipping the MoC entirely, aiming for both in my set, going for the Faerie Tabard instead to go with the MoC, or going in a different direction altogether (RotL or something). Should I wait till I finish NQII before buying anything other than a H4k and HP?
Buying Faerie Tabard and Mask of Coltzan would leave you no money to buy other stuff. I would wait until you finish NeoQuest II so you can get a Wand of Reality or Bow of Destiny. Personally, I would prefer the Wand of Reality, but it depends on your other weapons and what icons they do. I still stick to my above set suggestion. You might want to get Mask of Coltzan instead of Fungus Ray if you prefer dual-duties.
I'm taking Piro's advice to go for both the G-Shield and the MoC in the long run. Already purchased a H4k and a HP, and have around 4 million left. With war inflation coming in at an insane rate, should I quickly buy one or two weapons with the money I have left, like MoC or HHat and AFC? Or should I wait till I finish NQ II Insane before deciding to buy anything else? I mean, I'm currently freeze-bombing with HP and FWoC... War inflation would have pushed prices quite a bit by then, except for the MoC of course.

WiltChamberlain13, the thing about your suggested set is firstly, the 1P opponents at my level and above all carry junk items to prevent stealing, secondly I'm not too sure as to whether or not to keep my Yooyuball Keepers Chest Guard.
It's alright. Just trying to help back there.
Yeah, I know, it's much appreciated. Seems to me you're the only one though. More advice from everyone else, pretty please?
With a G-shield, you have everything covered except for fire and water. Wth a Faerie Tabard you would have everything covered except light and dark. My personal choice? Faerie Tabard + Mask of Coltzan + Dusty Magic Broom, simply cos of your defence stat.

For now though, I personally would suggest that you don't rush into getting anything defensive just yet. You have a selection of shields to choose from so it's not that you are gonna be all that vulnerable.

Here's a weapon that is in your budget and is not affected by the inflation: Portable Kiln. 11 iconer of pure power, definitely useful in 1-player. Be careful of full blockers and reflectors though. If you do manage to get yourself a 13 iconer, this will pair nicely with the Bow of Destiny or Wand of Reality. I do realise you said that you want only 1 full attacking weapon, but in 1 player, a double attacking combo will serve you better, especially in the times that you find your single attacking weapon is easily blocked, or when you Burrow or Sink (you're pretty much defensive then, so it'll be a waste of that move if you use something defensive on top of those two abilties as well).
