Very much appreciated, CadaverGrey! I'm a fan of the Tabard myself, but people keep telling me it's overrated and highly circumstantial. And I like the MoC too much to even consider having a set without it. Though I prefer the AFC to the DMB... Methinks I'll take your advice on this combination being my long-term goal.
Yeah, I won't be rushing into getting dual-duties just yet. Freeze-bombing with MoC isn't particularly appealing to me, and with my luck, NQ II giving me a SoRF is a distinct possibility.
Don't the Kiln's icons kinda overlap with the MoC though? Which would make one of the (cheaper) TCG Blasters a better choice? And to tell the truth, my paranoia results in my using MoC whenever I Sink/Burrow to cover one of the two icons not being blocked...
Edit: Oh and before I forget, should I be keeping the Yooyuball Keepers Chest Guard in my set?

Heh, I should have elaborated further. My bad...
I suggested
Portable Kiln as the weapon that you might want to consider at the moment cos you are considering something for a possible war: it's not inflated. Also the current NQII round you are doing doesn't guarantee a 13 iconer. So if you were to get the
Mask of Coltzan now, and end up having a lesser weapon from NQII, you would be lacking the fire power.
It's also the weapon of choice if you are going for a
Faerie Tabard +
Ring of the Lost +
Dusty Magic Broom combo (though there is still gonna be an overlap of fire there at a lesser extend, though.) Then again, some would argue that in 1-player icons don't matter as much. Which is half-true. P-Kiln and MoC combo works wonders on opponents without percentage blockers or reflectors, but is a nightmare if your opponent happen to have one (or against an ability like Quench), both in 1-player and 2-player. Eg: You have better chances to beat a 1-player opponent like Shadow Usul (who's equipped with a
Shadow Shield) if you DON'T use light.
On the subject of TCG blasters, most people would say that they are overpriced now with the coming of the cheap-on-the-average 9-iconers and 10-iconers. My say? They're good. And depending on whether you get a
Bow of Destiny and
Wand of Reality, your choice would either be the
Bzzt Blaster or the
Garoo Elite Blaster. But again, both blasters, unlike P-Kiln, is subjected to inflation so consider before purchasing one now.
As for the
Yooyuball Keepers Chest Guard, keep it for this war. You never know when you're gonna need it for this plot (if you're gonna need it at all). Unless you're looking into getting loads of profit from the war rumour, heh

Well, that cleared a lot up, thanks! Thanks to you I now have a much clearer picture of what my set should look like in both the short-term and long-term. My apologies for troubling you again, but could you give me a sample list of what my set should look like going into this HW Plot, given that I've added a HP and H4k to the weapons listed in my first post and am left with around 4 million.
Many thanks again! I'll be sure to build you a shrine one day!
Kept the Wand in cos of this:

Just to add, in any case, possibly the SIMPLEST solution is to BUY the 13 iconer now and wait what you can get from NQII. In a best case scenario, you can have a dual 13-iconer combo or else sell one of them, make profit and get your MoC immediately. In a worse case scenario, well, you can purchase a TCG blaster with the million or so you have left.

Ugh, got a SOA. Sell it and get a 13-iconer then?
Yeah, too random for my liking. Been auctioned off already, in fact. Now hunting down a WoR.
Edit: Found one. Now left with 1.5 or so after selling SOA and buying WOR. Didn't think WOR would be that inflated... Should I save up for MoC or get something now?
Get something now. Maybe a 10-11 iconer You can get the MoC later. You have your shield to back you up so don't worry too much damage you are going to take.
i currently have the same problem as you do, stuck ard the 11-15 mil problem.. i still can't decide whether or not to get a h4k, but the purpose of having a freezer to me, is to have a mega attack coming up, like with a ghostkerbomb and honey potion... but if i were to purchase the h4k, i won't have much nps for the bomb, so i'm just stuck in stasis
