Currently, my stats are:

Species : Kacheek
Level : 95

Health : 187 / 187
Strength : AMAZING (91)
Defence : AMAZING (88)

I had labbed it for a really long time, then spend the last few months getting it's level on par with it's HP. Now I'm getting it's strength/defense to the 125 boost.

Unfortunately, codestones aren't cheap, and my funds are taking a big hit.

The reason I dont have a freezer is because I recently sold it to invest in a G-bomb. Why I had that idea, I'm not too sure myself. I guess I figured H4k was capped at a little under 7 mil with F-pot and Magical Marbles, and G-Bomb would inflate if they were ever retired.

Current funds: 1,000,000
Daily income: 100-200k, but that's only when I actually restock.

I need help deciding on where to go from here. The lack of a freezer is kind of annoying me, especially when I'm hoping to have a war soon. What I wanted to do was switch my species to Lenny, so I could have a cheap freezer. However, the Lenny healer seems to be a bit expensive, and the combined costs of a potion, Healer, and Freezer is pretty close to the cost of a H4k I think. I could also sell my Honey Potion, but the extra 750-800k isnt really going to help me a new H4k anytime soon. I also need to train some more, and add some more icon variety to my set.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would sell the gbomb and go back to H4k for now...it's capped, but due to rarity, it can still go up in value. Also the freezer will be much more important than the gbomb right now. I don't really see the need for the mystical white cloak. Instead a Y-sling might be better, a good investment and blocks all physical. combined with the golden compass, you've got SoS and PCC at least half-covered.
If you don't like the idea of the sling, you can always get a RCG for a second bomb, which will work well with the H4k.

I don't like the idea of lenny morphing since your pet is alreayd a kacheek and I've heard the KLP is substantially better than other 50% healers. At 100-200k per day, you'll be able to sell your HP and some stuff, within 2 months and get a gbomb.

The Lenny Healer is not only expensive, it's hard to find

I'd say if you're considering going Lenny, find a Bag of Lenny Healing Seeds FIRST or you'll be forced to use Greater Healing Scroll. Other than that, I shall continue to stand against species weapons, but thats just my personal beliefs, and if I can ever get a decent non-species healer, I'll be better off. But enough about me...

you're definately lacking a freezer, if you just want one for a 1P war though, it might be an idea to pick up a Frost Cannon or Snowglobe Staff for now, before they start inflating. Although you could be like me, not interested in non-100% freezers.

uhm... thats generally not suited for freezebomb tactics, but I suppose if you're pairing with HP rather than G-bomb, it's decent-ish. I'd still be inclined to use a snowball if I desperatly wanted to cause more hurt during freeze. But I suppose if there's a double freeze, it'll come in handy. Unsure...

Hmmm ok. Ill see what other people have to say, but I'm leaning on H4K again, then hopefully getting enough for another g-bomb soon.

@Q77: I'm an acronym noob, so I have NO idea what all those letters stand for. Mind expanding them some?

Also, some weapon advice would be great. Compass + SC isnt the best combo even from my inexperienced viewpoint.

well I assume you havea KLP=kacheek life potion equipped right now but here's an explanation

It's ironic how you you use some acronyms yourself jinntonic but compass+sling make a decent pair with maybe a RSB/SC as backup. It's not too bad a combo covering most of the big icons

Im going to have to pass the on the sling. 3.5 mil for a 6 icon weapon, albeit nice icons and full physical def, is not something in my budget or something I even really want. I'm looking for a decent icon variety, but something that deals atleast 7+, maybe even as many as 12 or so. Dual duties are great, but I'm not sure if the prices for things like Air Faerie Crown, Dusty Magic Broom, and Mask Of Coltzan are worth their low icon-age.

The weapons you mentioned, they are worth their salt, so to speak, especially the Mask of Coltzan. The iconage you mentioned would probably mean it's attack, and granted, as compared to full attacking weapons like Ramtors Spellbook and Scuzzy Cmb, it seemingly does less.

But all three weapons have proved time and again that they are extremely useful to have... especialy in 2-player situations. In 1-player, they are less effective, but still, credit has to be given for their use. You may not feel it now, cos your pet has been a lab rat all this while, but as your stats grow more even, you'll be thankful for their defensive abilities.

As for morphing your pet to lenny, Piro is right. Look for a the Bag of Lenny Healing Seeds BEFORE you change your pet. And yes, the potion+healer+freezer cost slightly less than the helmet. I personally think that's good, because you're spending less on three items instead of forking out on just one. Also, cos my pet is a fully equipped Lenny, heh

I also agree with Piro's suggestion with the Cannon. You can always withdraw, BUT that would waste precious battle time, especially in war, cos once you withdraw, most likely your pet has taken on damage, and you might find yourself waiting for half hour to heal at the springs... :S

The Yooyuball Player Sling is overhyped. If you want a full physical block, go for the Yooyuball Keepers Chest Guard instead (which is still overhyped, in my opinion. You could do a lot more with your money).

And lastly, don't sell your Ghostkerbomb! Cos it;s shiny...

Ok, that was alot of things to think about.

Firstly, I just checked TP for the various lenny items. One of the two people who had a Bag of Healing Seeds up wanted 6.5 mil for it. The other wanted an "interesting offer that includes fpot of h4k" for BoHS and the freezer. Both not worth it IMO.

I definetly think Mask of Coltzan is the most useful dual duty of the three, but it is a bit out of my price range I think. Perhaps the crown would be useful though, Ill have to think about that.

And I'm still not sure if you're being sarcastic about not selling the G-bomb, or giving me sound advice in a half-joking way. Heh.

6.5 mill is way too much. Chances are he won't be able to sell it even.

I would recommend the Dusty Magic Broom above the Air Faerie Crown actually. The DMB passes through sink, while the AFC is fractional, easy to partially block and in fact FULLY blocked by a cheap Mystical White Cloak.

That leaves me two slots for more weapons/dual duties/defense. Is it time I let go of my leaf shield? However nooby it might be, I find that it blocks a good amount of fairly common icons. What should I do with Mystical White Cloak? Im guessing I should keep Leaf Shield/MWC/Patched Magic Hat and switch them around according to my opponent. Also, should I sell Scuzzys? It's price/icon is great, but there is always the chance of a downgrade and the icon types arent too good.

With the set I'm aiming for, Ill have to save up some 7-8 mil NP. 6-7 if I sell HP and Scuzzys.

That is a wise choice. I wouldn't recommend having more than one pure shield in your set at once. You'll be wasting a slot that way. Your main shield should be Leaf Shield. There is nothing nooby about it at all.

Scuzzys Comb is a fine weapon to pair with your DMB I wouldn't worry too much about the downgrade rumour. That's like worrying about the new 9 iconers getting downgraded; the chances are slim. Ramtors Spellbook is also another viable alternative. Unlike Scuzzy, ALL its icons passes through burrow. Both Scuzzy and RSB can be easily blocked, though, with RSB being at higher risk with Golden Compass around.
