I have 150k to spend on battledoming for my pet snuffin.Stats:

Level : 20*
Health : 26 / 26*
Mood : delighted!
Hunger : dying
Strength : titanic*
Defence : godly*
Move : lightning*
Intelligence : ULTIMATE GENIUS (114)
Set:
Red Scorchstone
Green Frost Cannon
Scarab Ring
*I am training her.Training about 3 times a day.
Please help.
Here is the cookie cutting <150k set:
(Sell red scorchstone to elivate funds, then)
-Lesser Healing Scroll (Upgrade to Greater once you have 55hp)
-Green Frost Cannon (Cheap effective freezing at your level, however consider whether its useful each battle (whether you'll die before a freeze))
-Scarab Ring (Great dual-duty, works like a charm till the 55 boost)
-Earth Faerie Slingshot (~44k, cost-effective and useful)
-Leaf Shield (great shield, blocks common icons at your level)
-Purple Sticky Hand (to steal good items from opponents wherever possible)
-Stone Club/Ice Club (~84k, cost-effective and powerful)
-One-Use Bomb such as Snow Mudball
The mudball is mainly used when opponent is frozen to give you that extra boost, as they are one use but don't cost too much. This is the main cookie-cutter set and when your pet develops you can personalise it to your stats and style of battle.
As for training, if your not saving for the Lab Ray, try to keep your stats balanced and im sure you know to ignore agility. Aim for 35 str/def and 55hp or so, then 55 str/def and 80hp or so.
Good Luck.
With 150k, I'd suggest just getting dual scarab ring, minor healing scroll (upgrade to greater in the future) and then some cheap weaps. You aren't in real need of a set right now, instead, it would be much more beneficial to save up for the lab ray. If you need to win an important battle, try adding some sticky snowballs and maybe some mud mixtures (but at 3 stats per day you'll outgrow those soon) My experienced advice to you is to not train hp, cuz when you get the lab ray, it'll drop hp on your pet as if it were free.
For 1p importnat battles just use the frost cannon with withdraw.

That's taking on quite an assumption to say that he/she WANTS to lab. On top of the training done, kcharles would be hard pressed to find the budget, time and way to save up for a full lab set.
Also, I suggest against the use of dual ANYTHING, especially if you are planning to do 2-player battles. It's an over-kill.
I always believe that one should immediately jump to a
Greater Healing Scroll, and skip the Lesser one. It might be a little more expensive but you will using it for a long time.
I would suggest a whole set for you right now, but I realised I am late for an appointment so will be back to add to this, heh
EDIT: Ah, appointment delayed, so here goes:
Suggested Set:
Green Frost Cannon
Sand Snowball
Greater Healing Scroll
Stone Club/
Ice Club/
Tyrannian Lupe Tooth --- either one. your first major multi-use weapon above 8-icons
Enchanted Wooden Bow --- your second major weapon. Very cheap.
Leaf Shield
Scarab Ring
Purple Sticky Hand --- for 1-player only. If you fight 2-player, have a back-up weapon eg
Tooth of Terask,
Pink Squirt Flower,
Cobrall in a Can etc.
Oh yea I forgot to say I am NOT going to lab.I'm doing one player battles.
Then skip the added weapons that I wrote on the last slot on the list and just go for the
Purple Sticky Hand
