Im not sure if anyone made mention of this yet, but I was looking through the Training Guide on the website, and it listed only two training schools...
This is not correct, as there is a training school on Lutari Island.
You pay with "feathers", and as of yet, I haven't completed my first training session there, as the 2 hour timer only ticks when your actually online on your cell. Should complete today though, so if there is any more information, Ill let you guys know

Then you need to be online on your cell.... a lot of no U.S. users can't use it. Even if they get access... sigh
What a tricky way to keep people online! Heh. How many feathers does it take, and does that change based on the level of your pet? Can pets of any level train there, and does it take longer for strong pets?
There is even secret ninja training school. Only web owner (aka finalhit) can change that for the moment. I've read the lutari island/school thingy, was wondering how it works, and voila you posted

So any restriction? Or anything you know about the lutari school? (IE, what are the level categories, does it really train your neopets pet or phone pet, or both the same, etc)
But too bad, it only works for US residents and those who have cellphones... and it a real money pay service

They should release a war instead of these junk things

Im in for a good war too
But to answer the questions...
My first session went as mentioned, and when it was over, after refreshing the school, it gave my level 6 lutari 2 more HP's. And the pets are the same as on NP... I can play Lutari Island with my Darigan Ixi, or either of the two Lutaris I made on the Island. I can train here, while training at the regular schools at the same time... As in they don't seem to interfere with each other like the schools on the site do. The categories are the same... Level, Endurance, Strength, Defense, Speed... And as of now, I get two points per train at the cost of one feather. Which I haven't yet tried to SSW yet, but they are pretty rare on the Island, so Im sure they aren't cheap.
In addition, they have the "Swamp Bog" which is like the money tree, except it moves MUCH slower, and there is almost always a Earth, or Water Faerie. And you can get them every hour, it seems. And the shop sells Faeries for roughly 1800 - 2300NP. There are other Lutari Themed Items, but they aren't as good a profit to RS. However, the shop DOES move very slow as well, and I can usually get 2-3 Faeries per session, and it seems to restock roughly every 10 minutes. There is a healing Fountain there, I don't recall the exact name, but it is almost exactly like the healing springs, but it only works on your active pet. The wheel of happiness is a nice little addition, costing 100NP, it usually gives you 500, with a chance of a cool gift, making your active pet "delighted", or up to 10k NP...
I'll learn more about the training as son as I can... Tilll then....
Wow, lutari island is filled with a ton of stuff...but I guess over 60% of the players can't access it because they aren't in the US...
two stats per feather sounds like a deal...
but they are pretty rare on the Island, so Im sure they aren't cheap.
I'm not sure I get that, do you find these feathers on the island? like a random event or is there a shop?
The only time I find any, they are in the Bog of Charity" And they are free... I haven't seen any for sale in the shop there, and I have had no random events of any kind there. I just got done visiting, and I got a Bottled Earth Faerie, Lutari Grundo Plushie, and a Lutari Uni Stamp. All for about 2,300. I have to get them for sale asap LOL
Lutari Uni Stamp:
Paid: 1202NP
SSW: 6195NP
Q77mod: Please do not double post, edit button is there for a reason^_^
That's a nice deal

but if they are for free in the Bog of charity (ie hidden money tree), I woudln't be surprsied if the prices dropped quickly. Still 2 stats per free feather is an amazing deal and each feather for me would be worth 45k in codestones!
It seems lutari island is a happy place...for those who can get there
