hey guys, just resumed playing (level 8 Rohane in white river) and i realised that if i'm in the red, every step moved heals me by 1HP... up to a certain point. i've heard that every 7 steps you move heal you a HP, but i've never gotten that before unless i'm really in the critical red. so is this true or am i wrong? =\
and if this is untrue... the only way to heal fully would be to use potions or rest?

Once you hit 50 HP, you gain 1 HP per move for the first seven moves after a fight. When you get to 150 max HP, it increases to 2 HP, etc.

It should always work unless you're at full health. If you're absolutely sure that it's only working when you're in red, send a bug report to TNT.

ohhhh... so that's it, first 7 moves... i thought it happens in the red because i normally fight with that amount of HP left ^^
