So 250,000 to buy the apple at the Trading Post, another 92,000 to get a Kyrii Transmogrification Potion to allow me to test it and...
You gain fifteen hit points from the Kyrii Golden Apple of Healing!!! It did disappear after one use but, I do still have it so it isn't a single use item.
Looks like I'll be buying an Elephante Transmogrification Potion, re-eqipping my Elephante Unguent and putting the Kyrii Golden Apple of Healing into my Kyrii Gallery.
