The Math-Approach stats says that it has 25% chance to freeze your opponent.
But, there are two dice so it's impossible to get a 1.
So , the freezing percentage will be (3/11) * 100% = 27.27% which is slightly more than 25% and 10% more than the slumberberry potion.
I maybe wrong because I haven't actually owned a ice dice.
If the freezing % is 27.27% , this weapon will be slightly more attractive
