Hmm, I liketh the idea that the high chancellor is ebil. Maybe as he is like the ruler of everything, he could have subordinates who protect him and can't be killed until his subordinates are.
Or maybe he's like a jury, he must be able to make decisions based totally on the facts that are public, and he is not allowed to retain secret information. Very interesting.

According to the movie he was always well guarded and kept in an unbreak-in-able place, so maybe it's like the movie and his top subordinate has to kill him if v makes a deal with him or like you said, all his help has to die before he's vulnerable.

Not because i'm evil, and not because i want an execution. I just want to see if kugetsu have any powers or anything to do with execution. We already have a majority on nobody but just for theory sake.

My odd idea that in the event that somehow cat gets executed. Might need someone thats not you for it to occur. Of course then your role would probably be extremely complicated but eitherway it shouldn't hurt the innocents anybit.
Blk, remember that for making someone die, you don't need a lot of special connections towards that player.
Besides, we don't have a good reason for making someone to use a shot against cat.
I don't want to die. It's day one.
But Blk Mage, if I had the choice of killing Cat or no execution, I would surely choose to not have an execution to keep you at bay, and keep you from getting the information you want, so I could bust out with it later and no one would suspect a thing.
Like no one cat, like no one...
Besides, I consider that we don't have anything to kill you (excluding randomness)
