How does everyone choose which stocks to invest in and how long to wait? I always buy 15,000 nps worth of stock, usually at around 15-20 nps per share and just wait until it hits at least 30k in value. How do you guys know when to pull out?

I always sell at 75....and I do a graduated system.
So say if I have 6k of a stock; I'll sell 2k at 75, 2k at 80, and 2k at 85. etc.
I'm excited to see how high these go!
