Didn't you see the form to register for kMSt on the kMS front. All you need is a valid KSSN and a level 10 charater and be able to read and fill out the application.

As far as I know, its a random draw. I've seen give or take, 3 people spamming in Japanese on kMSt. So its not as perfect as it seems.

And reset is probably for trying the new quests for low levels and trying to keep the levels of the people in Test Server on a reasonable number. But I've never been on Test Server, although I know someone who was accepted for it. And I heard its fun, so I guess it is.

And that's why they have a NPC that gives you 1.4 billion exp right?

And for the quests, I know the OrbisPQ was opened for all levels on the test server.

Well obviously they'd do that with the test server since exp is gained faster there...

And it's reset constantly because you're able to level up fast. Plus it's a test server....testing needs to be done at lower levels too.

I tried the PQ. I've found two different parties for Orbis PQ: Boss killer and EXP. On exp, you only do floor 1 (gives6800 exp) and leave and come in again. Ok exp for 3 mins work. But only works when people scarce. The good thing is that the party requirement is nothing and its fast and gives good exp as well as you dont use any MP at all or lose HP.

Boss killing takes long, has party requirement and the main point is $$. (from the ending items and bonus stage items)

I found it so easy to train on exp party ^0^
