Just to add, you might want to get to the 300 boosts to be on the safe side. You're almost there!
How to beat the space faerie at 35 boost:

Batosia's low-boost Space Faerie strat Wrote:
Turn 1: Prickly Potion + Prickly Potion + Burrow

if space faerie does not use Jade SS on turn 1, withdraw, heal and restart.

Turn 2: Prickly Potion + Downsize! + Drain Life

Turn 3: Prickly Potion + Freeze + Defend(or Improved Defend)

Turn 4: Freezebomb

Turn 5: Prickly Potion + Thick Smoke Bomb + Species Ability

Turn 6: Prickly Potion + Healer + Defend(or Improved Defend)

Turn 7+ Prickly Potion + Prickly Potion + Quench/Sink/Defend

This seems to be workable at surprisingly low hit points, if you have the persistence to take some losses

My comments:

On turn 1: Sink is likely a whole lot better than Burrow as the Space Faerie is very light heavy. Alternately, since this is a withdraw and repeat strat you could save your power and throw a species ability, hoping that she uses both Jade AND Stone Hourglass there. With enough trials, that will happen.

On turn 4: Unless you have better bombs, you're likely best throwing 15 icon muffins, but the healing aspect of Ultranova can sometimes help low hit point pets.

On turn 7:Seems to me that on average, Steam Shield is a better ability choice than Quench against the Space Faerie.

I'm going to assume you're serious since you're asking here, although if I saw this on the BDC, I'd take it for a troll at those stats.

1. Use 8 earth bottled earth faeries on your lab pet. This will give it both Burrow and Regeneration.

2. Buy the following expendable items: Thick Smoke Bomb, Jade Elixir, Double Dryer

3. Equip: Snowglobe Staff, Downsize!, Honey Potion, Royal Wedding Ring, Thick Smoke Bomb, Jade Elixir, Double Dryer, Ice Club

4. Turn 1: Use Snowglobe Staff + Royal Wedding Ring + Burrow
4a: Withdraw and repeat until at least two, and hopefully three things all happen together

  • Ghostkerchief uses Jade Scorchstone to heal - this is the most important, since you don't want him healing after you get close to a win.
  • Ghostkerchief uses Ghostkerbomb - you'll burrow right through the big attack here.
  • (optional) You get the freeze with the snowglobe staff

5. Turn 2: If you got the freeze, go ahead and freezebomb with Honey Potion + RWR + Fierce. If not, keep using the snowglobe staff to try and get the freeze.

6. Whether you freeze or not, the important thing is, once he's thrown his g-bomb, the only offense he has left is g-sword. So use the Double Dryer every turn to cut his attack down, get through his g-shield and minimize the harm P-mirror does to you.

7. Use Regen if you get taken down to under 1/3 hit points. With the TSB buying you a turn and Jade Elixir giving you a 300+ point heal, this match should be a snap for you.
I tried to beat The Drenched a while ago, but I just couldn't get past those last dozen HP, no matter what I tried. I figured that my pet was too weak, so I decided to wait a while, but I would like to know if a win is at all possible with my current stats/weapons.

Stats;
HP: 523
Strength: 265
Def: 5 (Don't laugh, it's a lab pet)
Level: 50

Current Set;
Pike Pike, Stone Club, BFC, HP, Winged Scarab, Leaf Shield, Downsize, Green SS

I also have some Jade Elixirs, a few muffins, and all the snowballs in my SDB. I'm not interested in spending any money at the moment to upgrade my set. I have all the abilities as well.

If it's not possible, no biggie, I just wanted to find out for curiosity's sake. Smile
Your set to beat The Drenched :

Jade Elixir
Stone Club x 2 Don't use Ice Club because she can reflect water , don't use Pike Pike because the light can be blocked
Downsize!
15 icon muffin x 2
BFC
Ultra Dark Reflectorb

Turn 1 : Stone Club x 2 + BFC until freezes and she used Jade SS . (Approx. 99 damage dealt)

Turn 2 : Muffin x 2 + Berserk (Approx. 248 damage dealt)

Turn 3 : Scroll of Freezing + Stone Club + Sink (If she used Water Muffin) Burrow (If she didn't use Water Muffin) until freezes (Approx. 72 damage dealt)

Turn 4 : Stone Club x 2 + Berserk (Approx. 149 damage dealt)

Turn 1 - Turn 4 : 568 damage dealt , she has approx. 32 HP left

Turn 5 onwards : Stone Club / Downsize! / Jade Elixir / Ultra Dark Reflectorb + Healing abilities / Sink / Burrow

There is an approx. 1/4 chance for freezes to work so be patient Smile
my only advice is to relax your no purchases enough to grab a scroll of freezing and to use it
as your only going to use it once, the breaking risk is minimal and you can sell it back

I've changed my advice a bit . Thank you for the SoF reminder !

Thanks, but I absolutely, positively cannot afford any new weaps at the moment, and buying another Stone Club, an UDR, and an SoF would be serious outputs of np for me, even if I did resell them as soon as I beat the challenger. I appreciate the advice, however, and maybe once I get a little more spending cash I'll give that a try. Smile

If not just replace SoF by BFC . That is better but you need more patience . UDR is not too essential anyway . If you use the Pike Pike , that IS the pain because water maybe reflected , light maybe blocked . See her weapons here : http://www.idb.finalhit.org/?searchtype=...r=drenched
You need one more constant anyway . Try Scarab Ring Toungue or Unstable Slime

Thank you! I managed to beat them after several tries by following your advice! ^___^ Now, on to the Mummy..........
