Can an 85 booster defeat snow beast?

can someone recommend how to beat commander garoo? Do u need a special expensive weapon or somethin? Is he super hard to beat? The pet ill use is twitch1605 (same as my forum name) and i got a hp, hod, obsidian dagger, brain tree mace, patched magic hat and abilities like burrow and heal and stuff. His stats are all in the 70s... help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, yes it IS possible, but it is quite unlikely. I beat Giant Ghostkerchief with 173 health, with only 8 health remaining. However, if you have insane weapons, like SAP or even a SOS, chances are you have a decent chance of winning.

I suggest you train 50 more HP, but here's the way to go. Replace Leaf Shield with Double Dryer, and Replace Essence of Esophagor with Shovel Plus.

First turn: Shovel Plus + Double Dryer + Burrow = about 120 damage if Ghostkerchief is doing Gsword+Gbomb
Second Turn, Double Dryer, Scuzzys Comb + Defend
Third Turn, Downsize!, Black Frost Cannon, Fiery Gaze
Fourth Turn (if freeze and under 80HP) Honey Potion, Scuzzys Comb + Berserk

That should do it. If not withdraw.

Garoo is super easy for a 120 difficulity. Anyway, just get something like 100HP, maybe a Scroll of Freezing, and Lucky Robots Foot and you should have no problem. Garoo is not what you should be worrying about.

Ewww.... No offense, but horrible stats. I can't even believe you beat Garoo with these stats. Try to raise your stats until you get around 75HP, and at LEAST the 35 strength boost, and get insane weapons, and you MIGHT have a chance. I beat him with 150HP and the 55 strength boost, but yes, if you are EXTREMELY lucky, you might win. You'll probably lose 20 times before that.

Any tips to beat the Slug Monster ? So far everytime he has frozen me or used his vile swamp water and given me watery eyes.

Right now all of my money is going into training, after I get to the 300 boost on strength and defence will concentrate on upgrading my weapons. Will have aprox 10 million after I sell my hoard of A Mysterious Valentines Card's in december or january. December or January?! That's over half a year away...

As you probably know already, the only true weapons Slug Monster has are Rancid Battle Dung and Vile Swamp Water.

I'd get a 100% freezer first if I were you, so a Freezing Potion would be a nice addition since it was going for around the same as H4000 Helmet and then it inflated because of the plot. Hopefully it will go back down again. With the remaining ~4 million, I'd suggest you get Mask of Coltzan to block the dark and earth from Slug Monster and that would decrease the amount of icons he does to air and water only. Hopefully that wouldn't kill you. As for your attack, I'd get an Air Faerie Crown as well since it pairs up with Mask of Coltzan quite nicely, but you can also go offensive and get Wand of Reality. You can replace Golden Compass with that. Upgrading your Green Scorchstone to Greater Healing Scroll would also be nice. Your new set:

Downsize!
Greater Healing Scroll
Freezing Potion
Honey Potion
Mask of Coltzan
Wand of Reality OR Air Faerie Crown
Shooting Star Muffin
Shooting Star Muffin

Some things to keep in mind:
-Try to make him use Jade Scorchstone in the opening round
-Use dual Shooting Star Muffin after freezing him
-Use Honey Potion with a weapon after freezing with Fiery Gaze or Diamond Dust

I'd like to try and beat the Slug Monster, too:

Abilities: sink, burrow, fiery gaze, drain life, regeneration.
Current weapons: borrowed Scuzzy's, Ramtor's and HP, then a downsize!, halo of devilpuss, von roo dice, sticks of lethal wax and a purple sticky hand. I know I'm a little heavy on the offence, and only actually use the first three weapons, but I pulled the halo, dice and crayons out of my gallery to use before I was lent weapons (and also therefore cannot sell them- they're going back in my gallery).

I would prefer a strategy that makes use of my existing weapons, rather than makes me buy new ones at war prices. I beat Kastraliss and Mootix Warrior without freezing and definitely do not want to pay war prices for a freezer.

You can do it

1st turn : Fiery Gaze + Golden Compass + Downsize! until you have frozen him AND he uses his healer . You will be more happy using you cannon here . If not then Fiery Gaze . You will die if he uses Dung + Water + Berserk so you need a downsize! .

Your damage before factoring stances in = 104.5

2nd turn : Dual Shooting Star Muffin + Berserk

Your damage = 248

3rd turn : Black Frost Cannon + Golden Compass + Burrow until he is frozen.
You will be more happy using Scroll of freezing here. If not then the cannon .

Your damage before factoring stances in = 66

4th turn : Honey Potion + Royal Wedding Ring + Berserk

Your damage before factoring stances in = 198

He should be dead . If not then good luck

Edit : If you got lucky , you don't need muffins here
