Can you (reader) tell me the level that Mipsy had when she joined Rohane (also if you have the exact number of the experience the better)
It's been a while since I played but I'm pretty sure the level is the same as whatever Rohane's is at that point. But I think there not exactly the same and depending on your luck Mipsy might be closer or farther away from the next level compared to Rohane.

I listed everything on a sheet that I use for NQII, but not the experience points. On Normal, Mipsy joined Rohane on level 11, immediately after I defeated Zombom. I defeated Zombom immediately after my level up to level 11, but I am still unsure of the experience points. It should be very early in the level....
On Evil, level 12.
Interesting... on insane (i'm doing it right now) she was lvl 11 _the same that Rohane.
I remember that i got velm (on evil) like 2 lvl less than the rest. Thats why i ask this...

Now that I understand what you're saying, all of my party members have always joined the party at the same level as the rest. It seems random whether the EXP difference makes them level faster or slower.
If your getting Mipsy at only level 11 on insane your pretty underleveled... it's best to be a few levels higher on insane then you were on evil or normal. Trust me, it's devestating to be killed on insane and have to repeat the agonizingly slow beginning again.
