I have recently tested the "Tyrannian Lupe Tooth." It seems to be a new constant 9 iconer for really cheap. I have tested it out myself in the battledome and it seems to do a constant 3 fire, 3 earth, and 3 physical attack.

Hm, can you provide any other screenshots, maybe one where you and your opponent are both using cautious attack? According to the damage calculator, you should have done 53 damage in that shot, not 50... but I'm not 100% sure how fractionals and all that work, so hopefully someone else can weigh in. But yeah, a couple more screenshots would be nice.
It's fractional, the fire is fractional
