Okay, I got a random idea from Wikipedia connections and the innocent's apparent inability to kill Jetman. If I'm wrong, you could shoot me, but I'm dead so it wouldn't do much. o_o

Is there any possibility that Jetman could be something along the lines of Nora Fries? This would explain the constant cold-saves (Because not too many baddies can survive as many times by the exact same methods as Jetman has) and it would make perfect sense- maybe he's evil, maybe he's not, I honestly don't know. However, I feel like it'd be a safer idea to try and handle someone directly dangerous (Poison Ivy) before worrying about Jetman.

Stim, I totally agree with what you are saying but let me also add that as of now, the level that WW has deteriorated to leaves it a bold and nigh on suicidal step to take game play to the next level. As you demonstrated, having opinions, suspicions, though processes, and the like makes you stick out like a sore thumb. And sticking out makes you execution fodder, 100% of the time (same thing happened to Matty last game). So without refuting (sp?) you, I'd like to say you're being a bit harsh and seem to force people to make the choice between living and playing right. Just a thought.

Evil emo smoothie is dead. That makes two of my "suspicions" that were actually right...makes me wonder just how many innocents are left...maybe only a couple, and the rest are baddies of some sort, that'd be interesting.

Cater, I respectfully disagree.

And for evidence, please turn to the game thread as it has been over the last few days. People are now "playing right" and yet..lo and behold, they seem to be living. I'm not giving them a choice. Let me take this a stretch further. Technically, if baddies didn't play the game, then everybody would be living. But that wouldn't be playing the game. Part of the game IS dying and that is often done for a multitude of reasons (I sometimes sacrafice myself for the betterment of others). Just to add to that (and this is the most important thing), look at the thread again. People are thinking, coming up with accusations, doing research, voicing concerns, and yet nobody is being killed for it. Nobody has ever been getting killed for it. Baddies (I've been a baddie, as you probably have to) don't target those who are talkative..they target those who are dangerous. Those two things are completely and totally unrelated. If you're 1337 off of the thread and baddies know it, you're going to die regardless of how many posts you make. Correlating the two like that in a tunnel-vision thought process, I feel, is a little naive.

First off, I didn't demonstrate this. If you mean me dying, I don't think that has anything to do with me talking on the thread...I have my own opinions for what happened, but saying anything would infringe on the rules of the game so I stay silent.

The defense rests just by saying that. To combat your hypothesis that talking = death, that wouldn't happen if the social stigma of the game changed, as it has over the last day.

I have indeed been a baddie and I'm sure that no one likes to be accused of being bad when they are. A baddie enjoys staying below the radar in most situations. First of all, I was not refering to talking but rather talking in an educated, poignant, deductive manner that threatens to expose baddies to the less thoughtful players. When everyone posts..."No leads I guess just a random bandwagon is as good as any" the only enemy the baddies have is luck. So as a baddie an excellent strategem is to attack the people with insight into the game.

Secondly, these bandwagoners, although innocent, will usually attack the person who sticks out because they have little or no evidence to go on. Perhaps, I am a bit naive in my correlation but it seems to me that being "1337"??in thread and out of thread are equally dangerous (in the early game environment we saw. I agree now there has been some improvement and my observations are null.)

I'll concede that I have no idea why you died. Just made an assumption based on the fact that you have a good idea what you're talking about most of the time.

a bit overdue but I'd like to point out that TOSO was an innocent, just like I said in one of the few last posts before I died^_^ I was wondering if joker is a OMT because he's hte only pink death...and if he IS the only pink guy, that's ok, but if he has a team of bad guys running around, with batman, batgirl AND robin down, I think the innocents are out and it's between the baddies.

Wow i am the only person in pink, i like to think i'm special or something but it's probably for other reasons.

Cateraction, this game is based on deductive reasoning. Sure, I don't like being accused of being bad when I'm bad, but I equally don't like being accused of being bad when I'm good. The problem with what you're saying is that you make the casual assumption that there is no deception in the game. Like if you're bad, then you must say you're bad if accused and everybody knows it as veritable fact.

Very few times anything in this game is known by veritable fact. Dreams are the only exception, and even then they can be obscured and obfiscated. Everything else in this game rests upon reasoning, defense, and offense. It involves slip-ups, casual replies, alertness, rebuttals, posting style, and all other subtleties.

You want to konw something about those things? They are all just as arbitrary. I can manipulate my posting style to make me seem bad, I can explicltly put in little "slip ups" that are not at all slip ups but rather intentional. And on that vein, I can accuse somebody like no other and get them executed for the subtleties.

Ironically, that's what makes this game FUN. The offense, the defense, the mistakes, the detective work. This isn't a game where you're supposed to sit back, grab your ..., and wait for luck to come around for you. That's what inactivity makes it though. It reduces it to luck. The analytical reasoning is also based mostly on luck when it's done explicitly on the thread, but when you combine it with the behind-the-scenes, you end up with a lot more than luck. You end up with a fast-paced, action, exciting, volatile game. I'm not saying innocents aren't doing well in this game, I'm saying it's boring as all hell, and as such, it's no longer a game. It's a chore and a job, and I refuse to play jobs. Without activity on the thread, the game isn't a game anymore and that's what I'm trying to fix. Yes, you're right about having baddies guessed reduced to nill if nobody posts...But then what are we waiting around here for? We might as well have the game last 1 day where we simply roll dice 20 times and the person who doesn't get rolled wins. You make the game so much more arbitrary and worthless with inactivity, whereas with activity yeah you put yourself on the line, but then it's a game again.

I think we're getting really close to saying the same thing. I was just saying that we have to get everyone to make it fun or it won't work; One person can't do it alone.

Lol extra execution? cool I can't say anything about the game, else I might break a rule..but why was francineh half modkilled?

anyways, I wanted to say I just had my wisdom teeth removed 2 weeks ago...it hurts a lot the first 12 hours, (on/off) and then after that you should be able to type normally
