I'd like to see mods be able to give a variable amount of rep. I'm very hesitant to give or take away rep because it's a whole 5 points when I do it. I'd like to be able to give maybe only 1 point to someone who posted something helpful or useful (but not REALLY helpful or useful); or maybe take just 1 point away as a slap on the wrist for borderline spam.
It is weird when one try to help other and get neg reps without even a reason. Now i think that only mods should be able to rep users...
