A tall, shadowy man steps off of a train which has just pulled into Gotham Station. His head, adorned with a tophat, turns slightly, and he reaches out to help the lady behind him down from the platform. Both are dressed in black, something that would normally stand out goes unnoticed in Gotham. The man motions a servant to get their bags, and he takes the lady's arm and the two walk to a waiting car. He smiles and twirls his cane as they walk.
"Ah, I feel so alive here, Silvie my dear!" the man says as he look around at the massive skyscrapers, which seem to extend all the way to the heavens. She wrinkles her nose and frowns.
"Yes but it just feels so BORING, Forte. We've been alive so long, and you know as well as I do that I hate to be bored," she says a bit playfully. He opens the car door for her with a perplexed took on his face. Suddenly, an explosion rocks the city, and police sirens and claxons go off everywhere. Forte looks up at the sky, and he grins widely. A bright spotlight has placed a strange, bat-shaped signal against the hazy sky.
"Silvie, I think we just got the excitement we were looking for..."

If you would like to become one of the denizens of Gotham, post "Holy explosions, Batman!" below. Signups will end when Silver and I feel there are enough people in the game to fill the roles. If you will be going on a vacation, or know that you will mis more than one day of gameplay, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GAME. Anyone who just disappears will have their character embarrassingly executed, regardless of what damage it will do to your team, and you will be placed on immediate blacklist. We will NOT tolerate inactiveness.
And yes, Silver and I are co-MCing this game. Prepare yourselves.
