Then you can start partying saders Wink

Mages are highly popular, fast training and money is never a problem. Go that route =P You probably won't regret it. Priests are dependant alot, even after a decent elemental resistance, you're still a mainly support class afterall. And don't think you'll be depending on dragons much. Ain't that great, you might not even max it.

And yesh..Scania ftw

No, just dependent on them to kill things. That's what I meant.

Once a Priest can survive without Hyper Body, they can train in VKPT's (Remember the Viking Parties?) more often.

Umm... not quite. Ice/Lightning mages get awful exp after level 63 or so, which continues until level 78. It's about 8% per hour for the first half, but in the mid-70's it drops as 6% an hour. Also, once Ice/Lightning mages began training at Death Teddies (at least, before the drop change), the first place in 20 levels where they can get over 10% an hour, all they could do was lose mesos. Buying hundreds of Red Bean Sundaes at a time is extremely expensive, and I went completely broke more than once, and had to go to places like Platoon Chronos to gain enough mesos to buy potions again.

hehe, yea...that's the main thing with this game. i don't like loot systems Toungue so much dependent on luck, etc. i look at the free market for all the equiptment i would need to buy and i get depressed.

i think i got used to City Of Heroes' loot-less system. you can level up from 1-50 without worrying about money.
Hey, once you get there, it isn't a problem. I'm level 57, right? I have 10mil+ in equipments, it isn't hard.
money used to be a problem on my bandit, then i came up with my own money saving system

[spoilers]
-> before you go training buy a certain amount of potions
eg. x00 hotdogs and x00 mana elixers
->go to the storage guy and when u deposit money goto the first digit and erase it and deposit dat amount
eg. lets say u have 106,334 mesos on hand then youd erase the first number which is one, so you end up depositing 6334 mesos leaving you with 100k
-> forget about whats inside the storage and go do you normal routine

do it over and over for everytime you buy pots, some times you deposit 1k sometimes 100k, and maybe even 1 mesos. by the time your ready to buy you armour you should have enough to buy it.

Use http://www.basilmarket.com and the forums at http://www.sleepywood.net to buy and sell stuff. Things in free market are ridiculously overpriced.

When put into comparaison with other classes, less you're a sin ( Though it puzzles me, why they are immensely rich XD must be the drain). A mage is far from a class o worry about money. Especially compared to warriors and Bandits, who have no choice but to be mele.

I can't really argue your point o Ice/light no experience, and you'd know them alot better XD. But for a fact fire mages/priests have always had no money troubles and exp has been steady. Only exception is when my fire mage firend was in early 70's still at grupins. It was immensely slow, however he made tons of the tobis that regulary dropped.

And ditto on spaz's comment. FM is bs =P
In my opinion the reason why FM is overpriced is because the items are available to buy straight away, but with Sleepywood and Basil you need to find people who have the item and need to wait for them to come online

FM - if you need the item urgently
Basil, Sleepy - if you are buying in advance
Follow reeper's advise, I saved for a Korean Fan pretty fast with that way.

Now, lets find that jurgen ^^
With Reeper's method, my brother saved up enough for his uber-godly Thorns. Toungue

Be a Priest if you like being around folks and helping them out while doing none of the dirty work. Be a Mage if you want to train alone and do way more damage.
