I'm not sure what you mean but I will try to answer this the best I can.
If I understand you want to buy Neopets TCG cards for the codes and expect to make profit on neopets. Honestly I don't think this is a good idea. Not only would the items you get on neo most likely be mediocre but I do not think that people should be spending real money to get neopets. It defys the point of neopets. See neopets is a game that was made for bored people. You should not centralize your life around it, nor should you spend any amount of money to make the game easier.
You can do it but I doubt the items will actually be worth anything anyways.
The point isn't to buy the booster packs fo rare item codes. They're just a bonus for buying the cards anyway, which there isn't really any reason to do. As a TCG, they suck anyways. Pokemon cards were much better.
You have a chance of getting some rare items, (such as MSPP (TCG), Sleep Ray, and the TCG Blasters), but spending actual MONEY on Neopets, in my opinion, is going too far.
I would say it's too far too.... spending real life $ to gain more Neopoints are just a bit...
unless you are ultimate rich real life (in which you can donate those in real life) OR you really enjoy Neopets TCG (but still 3 packs a day are just too much).
