Ummm...since years ago. Literally. I'm not sure what the current limits are, though. I think you get banned for 24 hours for sending over 100(?) neomails, and Shop Wiz banned for the rest of the hour for...I don't know how many searches.

I didn't know those existed. They must be very new because yesterday I spend 3 hours using the shop wizard and I never got banned.

No, they're very not new. I got banned quite a bit pricing my shop back when the limit was still comparatively low. And when I was helping people with Faerie Quests, I'd regularly get banned within half an hour, every hour. You might not have noticed the bans because the limit's gone up, and because your allowed searches reset at the beginning of every hour.

how about super shop- wizard , does the ban apply too ?

The super shop wizard ban is much more common than the regular shop wizard ban, yes.

These are actually very, very old. I know for a fact that they are at least 3 years old, both of them.
