I don't have to make anything up because I'm telling the truth. I know you're the last ninja. And anyone with half a brain can figure out how I know that.
Ugh, I'm a moron if Forte is really the last ninja...

professorelite - 3: Forte, Metalwarrior, SCalibur

---

Annoyed with the rather loud and heated arguments, Captain Lack fires her pistol into the air as a warning. "Could ye hurry up and decide so the sane among us can get some rest? Alright, professorelite it is. To the plank, laddie!"

Professorelite sighs and walks, or rather staggers drunkenly but reluctantly, to the plank, hesitating for a moment. "I'm not a ninja or anythin' and I always wanted to help the innocents, but if I were a ninja it'd have been all for ye, Cap'n, since I heard of that mutiny against ye and all. Hey, can I have a last request?"

The captain shrugs and then watches in surprise as professorelite runs up and hugs her. "Alright laddie, off ye go now," Lack says as she raises her pistol and motions at the plank. Professorelite walks to the plank quietly, then backflips off the edge, throwing a recently acquired mask and throwing stars back towards the ship. They land harmlessly enough on the deck...

Professorelite was executed and was the last ninja. The Ninja team has been defeated.
The ship seems almost too quiet to Capain Lack, who warily opens the door and closes it every few minutes, without finding a sign of anything amiss. After a while of this, she concludes that there really is nothing to report tonight, which is both a relief and a concern...

Night ends.
Ugh... this all hinges on where the dice land, at this rate.

I know I'm not evil, so that leaves both Forte and Metal to choose from. Knowing Forte, he should never be able to stay alive for this long... however, it could be Metal, as he was extremely ready to change his vote at a heartbeat.

My gut is telling me it's Forte, and that's what I'll go for. It would have been so much easier if someone other than me had their role stolen. I'm extremely sorry if I got this wrong, everyone, but I'll go with my feelings.

Are we still playing?

Well, since I was impersonated yesterday, my first suspect was Forte, since he was very active in the morning, until he showed that Prof was a bigger threat to us.

Sorry pal, but it's time to take down the lesser threats.

"Hey, I think we're nearing land... oh, right, ye want Forte to walk the plank? Fine, we'll get to it," says the captain with indifference. "We're runnin' low on crew though so you'll just have to work all night to make up for it. No, ye can't back out of that."

Lack pulls out her pistol and points at Forte, but he refuses to move towards the plank. After reminding Forte of all the extra chores he would get out of by simply walking off the edge of the board, the frustrated captain decides to get it over with the messy but efficient way. She fires her pistol at Forte, and is somewhat surprised when she realizes that she hit Scalibur instead.

"My aim must be off tonight," shrugs Lack as she pushes SCalibur's body overboard, "Pity really, it doesn't look like SCal was anything special, so sorry about that. But I really can't go killin' any more crew tonight, not yet anyway... looks like you're in for some deckswabbing, Forte."

SCalibur was executed and was a Pirate that Doesn't Do Anything.

(typed in the wrong name before. I am an idiot. I apologize. Toungue)
Night on the ship is much quieter than usual, as the captain is finally able to rest and the only two crew members are much too busy doing the work of twenty deckswabbers to cause much trouble.

Night ends uneventfully.
At daybreak, Captain Lack calls Forte and Metalwarrior to the main deck to discuss their plans for finally finding the treasure they had originally set out to get. "Well, there be a few less of ye than we started with, but that's just less ways to have to split it, a--what was that?" Lack glances over at a corner of the old ship far from where any of the surviving crew was standing. "Did ye see anythin' move over there? I could have swore I heard footsteps. And did those leftover throwing stars just move to spell out something? O... N... V... Y? Huh?" she says, puzzled, but Metal and Forte just shake their heads, clearly believing that the captain had either had too much rum or simply gone mad.

"Scal?" says Lack in confusion, staring at Metalwarrior.

"For the last time, cap'n, I'm Metal, not Scal," replies Metal in annoyance. The captain ignores him and Metal turns around to see what she is staring at. Much to his surprise, he sees SCalibur's glowing figure and jumps backwards.

"What is this? You were pretty definitely dead," says Forte in amazement.

"These waters are cursed, those of us who found ourselves in them to remain on the ship that doomed us, sailing until we could get revenge on them that killed us..." replies SCalibur. With that remark, the three living pirates are shocked to realize that they are surrounded by those who had already perished on the DejaVu's journey. Captain Lack runs to her quarters and watches as Metalwarrior and Forte run below deck...

As they row away from the ship, Lack grins. "So how much gunpowder did ye leave for them to sort out as it burnt?"

"Plenty," replies Metal. "I thought ye all threw the rowboats overboard?"

"I lied, a good captain always has one in reserve," replies Lack as she sadly watches the DejaVu sinking. As the remnants of the ship disappear and the ghosts of the dead crew stop yelling in frustration, the shadow of another ship overpowers the small boat.

"You there! Excuse us, but I believe we have a warrant for your arrest for piracy in the name of the British Royal Navy!" calls a voice, and soon after, the three pirates find themselves locked in a cell.

"Well, isn't this an unpleasant escape?" sighs Lack, but Metal just smiles. "I finally got to steal something!" he replies, proudly holding up a set of keys he had snatched from the guard. He unlocks the cell and the three walk out cautiously. Lack and Metal help themselves to some of the British ship's confiscated rum, not noticing that Forte has disappeared. With a bit less sense than usual, they walk onto the deck and are surrounded by the British crew.

While they slowly wonder how to deal with this situation, the British captain appears and orders his crew to abandon ship. Although they do not understand the order, the confused crew lowers the rowboats and dutifully obeys. As Lack and Metal watch in wonder as the British crew rows off, the British captain says, "The real captain's got his own rowboat, he should wake up in a few hours when we're well out of his way. So we're going to find that treasure soon, aye?"

"Aye, Forte, we'll be rich soon enough," says Lack. "Now shall we get to work? We've a whole new ship to be runnin', we can always pick up more crew if we need their help to be rich..."

Forte, Metalwarrior, and Captain Lack sail off with the new DejaVu, hoping to finally find the treasure that they'd been looking for all along.

End of long boring post. Forte (Polly the Parrot, OMT) and Metalwarrior (Pirate that Does Something, Innocent) have come to a draw. The game ends as the remaining crew sails happily off into the sunset. Toungue
