Probably about 150-175 for Evil and perhaps 300 for InSaNe.
EDIT: Ending punctuation. Darn you Spaz.

Evil is about the same, since you know what you are doing and how to do skills and such. Then Insane gets a 150 since you REALLY know how to get around and such, but enemies then have ridiculous ammounts of hp.

Normal: 100
Evil (beginning): 150
Evil (with mipsy/talinia): 120
Evil (with Velm): 100
Insane (beginning): 250
Insane (with mipsy/talinia): 150
Insane (with velm): 100
As ;you can see here, the only difference is usually the beginning when you're alone. At insane, you'll be levelling very slowly with only rohane to beat Zombom, but after you get velm, it's just like normal again, with the addition of higher hp, higher level requirements.
And make sure at insane... don't take any risks. If your party dies, back to the start.

Carrying the full stack of resurection potions is a good thing. If you could get through insane in Nq1, and you could get through evil in nq2, you should know what to do.
I still need to test my theory for nq1 though...
about aproaching the last boss with 1 exp away from the last boss, so that you level up and restore your hp between bosses.
