The Staring Negg has changed, it now does not increase your non max HP (I only tested it while I had max hp). Instead it now drains 10 intelligence

I don't think scarab ring would be upgraded. It's so common it would make an rsb be worht like 200k and a pff 50k.

what would draining 10 IQ points do anyway. interesting
