I need to test this rare and elusive weapon but it seems you need a flotsam that has a number of something. What it is, is still unknown. If you have a strong flotsam please contact me.

I have a Flotsam with the following stats:
Level : 50
Hit Points : 81 / 74
Strength : EXCELLENT (55)
Defence : EXCELLENT (48)
Movement : EXCELLENT (53)
Intelligence : ULTIMATE GENIUS (200)
Is there a chance any of those stats are high enough?
