What about people who pay people in money to get gifted cash

You will be safe if the gift was not reported as unauthorized transaction (I don't know if my grammar was right) by the owner of the credit card.

I meant it means I can't get cash anymore...

Let me ask something, can you pay to NX games with e-check (Paypal funding option)?

If you have money in your paypal account you can use that to pay for the nx cash. I don't know how the echecks work but as long as you have a blance in the paypal account that is greater then what you will be using you will be able to purchase the nx cash. alternatively you can just have the person log onto their paypal account when you are logged into mapleglobal and buy the cash that way.

I've heard that people with unverified paypal accounts, funded or not, can't buy NX cash.

Just as a clarification, you need either a bank account or a credit card associated with your paypal in order to use your balance on paypal to buy NX.

Having a bank account verifies your account, while having a card doesn't. (I have a card.)

I don't know exactly what Skunk means.. but the answer is simple:

People will just transfer money through Paypal

It will be another step, but Wizet definatly CANNOT stop people from transfering money through paypal.

And no, you don't need a Bank/CC to send/recieve money. I can easily send any1 here on IDB money from MY paypal account, and you would be able to purchase NX with it (with a few adjustments of course )

The adjustments being "getting a verified paypal account", which isn't that easy for some people.

But yeah, glad they are taking care of this. Hopefully people wont be shouting about selling NX cash anymore...
