MapleStory Client ver. 0.30 is now released!
Below is the overview of what's in store for you:

- Go trick-or-treating in MapleStory this Halloween! Gather Halloween candies dropped by monsters and take it to Malady. In return, you will receive a special candy from Malady. The user who acquires the most Malady candy will receive a prize! First place winners will receive Maple Points and MapleStory accessories. Second ~ tenth place winners will receive 10,000 Maple Points.
- Take 100 Halloween candies to Cody and receive a special pumpkin basket. Enjoy your Halloween with this pumpkin basket!
- Slimes have been eating too much pumpkin pies that they turned into a different color! Find these strange-looking slimes and enjoy your Halloween!

Ohh, I wonder what those scrolls do, and they added a special pumpkin basket, as in different from last year's? O_o

And those stupid candies are just as rare as last year >_>

The new Pumpkin Basket looks the exact same as the old one, but has different and better stats. 1 Weapon Attack, 10 Speed, +1 STR/DEX/INT/LUK, and +10 HP. Faster speed.

And I find that the candies are much rarer than last year's. Plus, last year you had to kill specific monsters around Kerning. This year, you have to kill Slimes and Zombies.

But anyways, the drop rate is rarer, but the legendary KS wars around Kerning from last year are no more.

Yeah, if you have a long range attack...poor warriors were getting ks'ed by people 40 levels lower than them. >_>

It is better that way, we got the overcrowd syndrome, adding the greatest anti-hacking system = total chaos.

MapleStory will be going through a scheduled server check today.
