Just wondering, what was the stat requirement for becoming a rater again? I know the applications are closed and all, I'm just interested.
I believe it was HP+Str+Def>500 and/or 2000 points in the last war (from when the application was open).
yes but be aware that the stat reqs change each time (usually increase) since as time goes by, so does the standard^_^...however you might be interested to know that the rating apps may be different next time around.
