Graphite was the first brave person to step forward and try to defeat the monster. He gathered up his confidence and searched for the nearest weapon, which happened to be a rusty spear that was hanging on the wall. He tried to take it down, but it was bolted to the stone. He pulled harder, and harder, but he had no success. By this point, the Fang dashed over to Graphite and gave him a hard blow in the back, sending Graphite to the floor.
Luckily, Graphite quickly recovered, looking fine, and decided not to try that again...
This is probably exceedingly dumb but...

Attack: Fang
After seeing Graphite getting beat by the measly wolf, Francineh decided to try his luck. Picking up where Graphite left off, Francineh reached for the spear. Obviously, Francineh was able to easily rip the weapon from the wall as a giant storm of dust flew up around the area. When it settled, Francineh was surrounded by a glowing aura, making him look incredibly powerful. His eyes were locked on the Fang, as he rose the spear high into the air. Dashing towards the wolf, Franc emitted a ear-pircing yell and drove the spear deep into the Fang. The monster immediately fell to the ground and then disolved into a dust of mist.
The group wasn't sure what happened to Franc, but they were sure that they just witnessed the very first Trance, an amazing array of power that was rare within the group.
Hmm...Cool.
And...I'm also not sure what exactly happned to me.
A trance, impressive.
