lab map #4 costs twice the amount of all the other lab map pieces. It is usually priced around 89k. Have I made a mistake and there is shops which sell them cheaper (tell me if you know) or has it always been like this?

Treasure Map Piece #4 is the same way, costing about 3x as much as the others. I think it's just due to a flawed random number generator that determines which piece you get when you find one. That's also my theory with codestone prices and WC map pieces, why items with equal functions would have different prices. It's all due to supply, and there are just less of those than the others.
