WoW, Shattered Rift. That's a long post. I'm a middle-class earner btw, and this new system does take the fun out of restocking. This new restocking system reminds me of the CoM war, where the lower stats Neopians gets way better prize than the ones with the slightly higher stats just because of the ranking system. *sigh*

Well, whatever it is I'm getting use to this new system and thanks Cran for the tips on the Igloo. It gives me more stocking option. I'm currently shop-banned after 4 days since the introduction of this new system. Hhmm, usually that happens once in 3 months...

Irregardless of whether or not I RS...I do think that as of late, TNT has been doing their damndest to help out the nobodies, while slowly alienating the seasoned veterans.

First it was the glut of new BD weapons that are excruciatingly affordable and decently powerful, now they've taken years (?) of hard work at the RS system and trashed it by making the entire system random.

While I do partially applaud their efforts to make things a little easier on newer players, I do think they need to keep older, more experienced players in mind as well, lest they risk losing members of the greater population...

Cranberry, how can Igloo "now [restock] every time any other shop in Neopia restocks" when all of the shop times are random?

Please keep in mind that there are two separate petitions, one for switching back to the previous system, and one to eliminate restock bans and the five-second rule (in case the first petition fails).

I'm in the upper echelon and pretty upset by this. I got there through skill, especially in restocking, but in everything, auctions, malls and now restocks neo keeps trying to level the field. They messed with malls so I turned back to restocking and now I don't know what to turn to... it seems like they try to discount the skill of any of the good players x.x

Easily. All shops stock completely randomly, yes. But in a minute where any other shop in Neopia restocks, the igloo also restocks. My friend determined this by opening 10 shops and refreshing each one in order every few seconds, watching for restocks. Any time one of her 10 shops restocked, so did igloo (not at the exact same time, but during that minute). If you don't believe me, try it yourself, or just go to igloo and watch how many restocks there are (tons compared to everywhere else).

Could mean that TNT went lazy and pulled the random restock script off the igloo.

is igloo profitable to restock at?

every shop except tiki tack has some profitable items sold in it.

I made a profit off buying some Flower Circlet in Tiki Tack just now =P Only about 2000 though.

This is what I've learnt from two days of shopping at Igloo. Most of the items do bring you profit, but only for about 100NP-5K from what I saw. Avoid Desert food and Haunted Food, unless it's the uncommon ones. You need to be able to reconise the name of the profitable items, the picture load slowly after for me. And you can get codestones there. Gosh, if I've known that, I would have shopped there long ago!

Tiki Tack does have one ub item in it
