Umm nopes you can have all your windows open up on your shops.. but i dont think you are allowed to do the firefox thing where you can refresh all your opened tabs at once... so umm yeah.. correct me if I am wrong on this lol..

Yes you can definitely have multiple windows open, I've never heard of a rule against refreshing all windows at once. I just tried it and it simply lags my computer, but even if you do refresh all the shops at once, you have to flip through them to find stuff...so not sure on that rule.

As to rabids question, A good RSer who RSes for the money can make an easy 50k/hour if he knows what he's doing. This can easily go up to a consistent 100k/hour. If they're RSing in pharm, they can pick up soaps at 2/RS and usually there are 5 RSes per hour on average (that the RSer catches) Each soap is 10k profit, so taht's 100k/hour.

However, there are the long-shooters and usually those end up making 5-10k/hour, except for the lucky few who get the big item.

Clarification on a RS ban. Getting RS ban is nothing bad. If you get RS banned, that means you're just addicted to RSing. Although "ban" has a negative connotation, a RS ban is just a temporary 12-24 hour time where no shops stock any items. you don't get a warning or anything and it's not bad.

Lastly, memorize everything that's good and stocks in your shop. that's the fastest way to do it^_^.

There is DEFINITELY a rule against refreshing all at once in Firefox. I forgot where the Editorial was, but TNT said that writing a program that refreshes for you = frozen. Opening up a bunch of windows and clicking "Refresh All" = VERY frozen.

The basic rule with refreshing is that you've clicked/f5ed every single refresh. As long as you refresh them individually, you should be fine.

That editorial was refering to getting REs, I believe... but yes, I believe it wouldn't be a very good idea for RSing, either.
I don't know if this has already been mentioned.

Quote:There has been some controversy on the Battledome Chat lately about copying and pasting haggles while restocking. Will you please make it clear whether or not it's legal to do this while restocking? Thanks! ~you_got_mail_
Controversy on the BD chat? *gasp* Anyway, you were a bit vague so... two answers.

If you mean physically highlighting and copying the numerical part of, "The Shopkeeper says 'I wont take less than 34934 Neopoints for it.'" and pasting it into the haggle box on the next page, this is fine. It honestly doesn't seem much different in speed than tapping 34343 as quick as you can. Unless issues arise from it, we'll say this is fine for now.

If you mean constantly keeping a mid-range number in your clipboard while you restock the same item over and over, meaning that you're not copying and pasting manually every time, we're calling this a cheat, since you're not physically recreating the offer each time.

This quote was taken from the most recent issue of the neopian times (issue 288). Keeping a number ready to paste is something you mentioned in your guide and i just wanted to bring this to attention so that you could edit it out of your guide.

i'd kind of like a rewrite but it's aight either way. are there any new restockopedia-esque things nowadays?
