Looks to me like one's wearing a headband and the other isn't.

You could try separating them all. Or using Geocities for larger photos (you only get 15mb of storage space with them, no file size limit though)

No, its just tubes are normally found in KMS. Bubblings give tubes alot, also.

However, in GMS, they are a special Summer Event item. They will stop dropping again soon, along with Surfboards, according to the announcement on mapleglobal.com.
