The Constant 3 Earth icons are displayed by blocking ONLY the Light icons:

The Shovel Blocking Only 3 Physical was seen everytime physical icons were in use by Animosity's Scarab Rings, such as in here, as well as the Screenies Above:

Personal Thoughts: Neo seems to enjoy creating these Dual Duties. I can see alot more of them coming up in the Future.

Looks like a nice weapon.

Hope that it's around the price of a Tooth of Terask.
