Ragged Desert Cape

This item is not at all listed in IDB, but I own one. The image is here:

I've been trying to test it but have gotten confusing results.

My preliminary testing so far shows that it defends up to 3 icons of earth and 1 icons of fire (sometimes it seems to appears as more than one)... here's the funny thing though, it displays the blocked fire as 3 blocked air and always displays 3 blocked earth regardless of enemy strength. It does not actually defends against air nor does it appear to defend against any other icon. It also lacks any type of offense.

I plan to test it more later today or soemtime tomorrow to determine exact iconage but I've already spent 2 hours trying to sort out this confusing shield. The numbers come out all whack whenever I try to calculate it. It may be variable...

Occasionally I got results that were so crazy that it seemed to be defending against icons without showing any defence. I'll show screenshots later when I finally figure out how it works. Anybody with strong fire/earth weapons with low strength pets that want to test it with me?

A attacks, A's amount icon and str can be modified
B defends, B's str and def can be modified
A's damage changes, depends on A's attack and str
B's damage blocked and shown icon change (depend on many things))

Nice flash thing, I'm a bit confused on why Frozen Collar beats Leaf Shield if somebody has a low defense boost... Is it that FC blocks 2 icons based upon the strength of the first to click while LS is always based off the defense boost of the user damage-wise?

Btw, I don't think I deserve credit... you figured it out not me. ^-^;
