I know that if you have the lab ray scientist as a 1p challenger he may change your gender. I also know that the Cape of the Sun from Male to Female. Are there any other items that can change a pets gender? ( Other than the very expensive strange potion)

Honestly, why would you want to do it another way o.O. If the aim is to change, and the lab scientist does it free...

If you don't already have him as a challenger...

Lab changes gender quite frequently (at least for me). So you can change gender and your pet doesn't have to lift a finger, um just change that finger do a different gender
