I'm not alone in thinking that the Sony conference absolutely blew.

I am definitely not touching that thing... $600 and they have no game library to speak of either.
I'm preordering a Wii.
I would get a 360 if I had any cash left.
Oh, I have to post this:
Quote:I will be purchasing the $750-$800 PS3 at launch (that's console, taxes, an extra controller, and a couple of games).
However, after spending $800 on toys, I will no longer be able to afford food or rent, and will be living in the woods next to the highway, way outside of town.
If Sony had maintained the boomerang controller design, I would have been able to use it as a weapon to hunt small animals, so that I could sustain myself. Unfortunately, the tilt-a-giggle feature will not help me kill food critters, so I will starve to death along with the other PS3 owners living in the woods with me.
Consequently, Ken Kutaragi will not get any more money from me or the other homeless, wilderness-dwelling PS3 owners, because we will all be dead. And Sony will experience rapid megafailure.
QUESTION: Ain't that a shame?
