They didn't kill him. I think they did kill parts of him, but I guess they didn't have any mages when the super defense up got cast. No idea how long it took them.

I don't suggest you seriously try to take on Zakum until you're level 100+ at the very least. 120 or so would be better. (With lots of other people, of course. No one solos Zakum.)

Papulatus Clock, however, is much easier. I've watched a video of a Chief Bandit soloing one with Meso Explosion, and of a bowman soloing one with Strafe.

ROFL Papulatus Clock.... It has 3 forms, Sphere of Time, Papulatus in Clock nad finally, Papulatus.

Sphere of Time does not move, kill it to show you are ready to fight Papulatus.
Papulatus in Clock is the main form, it can do fire/ice attack when you are in front of it and lightning which hits the whole map. But more dangerous thing is it can spawn DarkStars that deals 2k torch but when casted powerup, ALOT. Another deadly skill is Dispel, you know what it does... Sometimes Papulatus may hide inside the clock, at that moment, any attacks on it will fail but you can hug it without taking damage.
Final Form is Papulatus wearing a seat flying around, it does not have any magic attack but hey, it can fly....

Back on topic, I see about 20 mil+ worth of equips in that screen

wow, look at that experience with that many peoploe

thing is, it isn't that much. Remeber, that these people are all level 12X - where it takles tens of MILLIONS of exp to levell up. zakum is done to say you can do it. Not for trainning.

also, think of how many elixirs they had to buy to do that quest. think of how many of them there are. now split the profits. It's not great for making money, either.
