Avatar uploads are not functional as of now. Upload it to an image host (ie: Photobucket, Imageshack, etc) and use the URL.

I have a question: I uploaded my sig to photobucket, and it when i put it on here with the img tag, it says the image has been removed or deleted from photobucket, why does that happen. *note, it is not my sig, I got it from someone else.

What do you mean?
If your using someone else's host than you shouldn't really expect much but...
If you use your own host and it says that than check if the file is still in your photobucket account. You might've deleted it before and forgot.

If the image is on your photobucket account, just use the code provided and it should work.
