I don't recall the necessary Boost, and I'm not entirely certain how the strategy has adjusted since the oversize kleenex was altered to only Jade and G-Bomb once, but...

T1: Pike Pike (or whatever other consistent weapon you can get that can get the most icons past his G-Shield) + Downsize! (or Thick Smoke Bomb) + Fiery Gaze/Diamond Dust

T2: (Against Frozen Ghosty) Water/Stone Muffin + Water/Stone Muffin + 'zerk

T3: Pike Pike + Scroll of Freezing + Burrow

T4: See T2.

T5: Pike Pike + Thick Smoke Bomb + 'zerk

The strategy is primarily dependent on when he Jades. I don't recall how much of a difference using Stone Muffins (since they're much cheaper) makes, so be sure to run the figures before you fight him. Seeing as you'll be using them while he's frozen, it's not a huge difference, though it might make the difference. (As I recall, the fifth turn was moreso necessary for lower Boosts and possibly also as a "clean-up" from using Stone Muffins instead of Water Muffins.)
