I just wanted to ask why everytime I fo to the IDB homepage (the front) I get a series of messed up codes like this--

I've tried on other computers and they all work for me but on my own PC it doesn't work. I always use Internet Explorer so can you tell me what I should do to modify my settings? I really want to stay updated about latest informations. Thanks!
