Basically:
1. Get a song.
2. Get appropriate clips from an anime that you would like to use with the song.
3. Put them together via a video editing program (such as Windows Movie Maker, Adobe Premiere, etc)

I prefered Dragon Half....ung I still can't get used to the amount of fan service Advent Children gets even though the movie itself had horrible plot and character development.

IMO The ding dang dong song isn't as inappropriate as Parco Folgore's signature chichi wo moge....after watching most of the english dub of Zatch Bell I had to look it up on youtube out of curiousity....
