it seems the hand buzzer is a six icon weapon, 3 fire 3 light, with my pets stats:
Level : 58
Health : 97 / 97
Strength : AMAZING (97)
Defence : AMAZING (98)
Move : AWESOME (70)
against punchbag bob it is doing 14 damage consistently when I chose to defend.
I am not too familiar with fractional icons, but it doesn't seem to be varying at all. and it doesn't seem to block anything. Rarity 82
