The Neopets Team, in their infinite wisdom, have decided to charge for the use of their website. No, not with money like most of you probably think; they're actually keeping that promise. However, they have instead established a "NeoCharge" advert that appears on every page you visit. Everytime you load a page, a 3NP charge is assessed to your account. After you reach 50,000NP without paying, your account will not be in "good standing." I don't know what that means, but I certainly don't like the sound of it.
