Firefox:
1. Open Firefox up
2. Go to Extensions
3. Double click AdBlock
4. New Filter
5. Add the above link. (image.mapleglobal.com/common/banner_img/ending_banner.swf)
This should block the add. If you dont' have Adblock for Firefox Extension, you fail. Go install it.

Tools -> Internet Options -> Security Tab
Then click on Restricted Sites, hit the Sites button below it. Copy paste the url and hit add.
And Kage this way it doesn't even appear when you close ms so you don't have to Ctrl+Alt+Del it everytime
