Since it's a new character in Scania, and he's starting fresh, if he hasn't hacked on that character, I don't consider him an ex-hacker. Therefore, Dag has my support

Agreed. Since he's never hacked on this character, and not in Scania, I think he should be permitted into the guild without question.
He cannot transfer items between servers, and lack of cheated characters on Scania, I consider him as clean.
For me, he is welcomed.
I don't think Dag should be allowed in if other ex-hackers aren't allowed in. It's just fair. But then it's not fair since we already have ex-hackers, so I don't know how there is any logic to that rule.
I trust Dag, if my opinion as a former (?) jr matters, i welcome him

I didn't know TeamIDB already had ex-hackers... That changes things a bit I guess o_o.
