So hmmm got a question
When I'm fighting and I'm using Drain Life, sometimes it costs 39% of my power, and sometimes 50%. Today I've noticed this also happens with burrow. Sometimes it takes the amount it always used to cost, sometimes it's 50%. Which is pretty annoying if my power ends up on 0% after a drain life and a burrow.
So when do the abilities cost 39% and when 50%?
